Limitless Nurses was founded by Beaulah M. Chizimba, a seasoned healthcare senior manager and leader turned Award-winning Leadership and Career Advancement Coach. She started her career in the NHS as an HCA and Nursing Student and worked her way up the career ladder into the Senior Management Team. She has lived experience in integrating, thriving, and accelerating her career as a migrant woman from the global majority over the last 23 years. Limitless Nurses is a testament to her transformative vision for diverse and inclusive leadership in all organisations. Beaulah is a member and contributor at the Forbes Coaches Council, and her thought leadership has been featured in Forbes Magazine here.
