How You Will be Assessed

Expect to be assessed using various methods depending on the role and recruitment stage. Using scenario-based and standard questions, they will explore your clinical skills, professional values, managerial experience, education, and training.

The Job Description or Person Specification will guide you in terms of what is involved in the job. However, likely areas your interviewer will explore with you can include:

At Band 6 and above, you should expect questions assessing your ability to lead and mentor and carry out associated duties such as:
