Seven tips to help you thrive in your new management job.

In the last 6 months, I have supported a lot of professionals into their first management roles. I wanted to offer some quick tips on what you need to do now that you have been offered the job. How do you keep yourself ahead and ensure that you perform at your best in your first 6 months on the job.

Some of my clients have signed up for 1-2-1 support in my coaching package called “Your first 90 days”. This is where I provide weekly 1-2-1 support in the role, offering mentorship as well as coaching you to excel as a new manager. However if you haven't managed to sign up or maybe you have just come across this post and have started a new management job, these few tips will get you heading in the right direction.
